Submit your best photo from within the parameters of Ferndale for the 2012 Spirit of Ferndale Calendar. Thirteen winning photos will be selected for the upcoming calendar with photographer credit. The selected photographers will receive a complimentary copy of the 2012 calendar and bragging rights. We welcome attractive and artful photos of downtown, our parks, buildings, landscape, events or any other location that captures the Spirit of Ferndale.

PHOTO FORMAT: Photo needs to be submitted in .jpg or .tiff electronic format to the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce and supplied on a CD or submitted electronically thru email. Watermarks, signatures, copyright symbols will not be allowed on photos. Photo credit will be clearly displayed with each winning photo.

Ownership & usage Rights: Photographers retain the copyright to their photo. By entering the FCC Photo Contest, photographers agree to have their submitted photo displayed in the 2010 FCC Events Calendar, with credit , and in related online and print promotion of calendar, without any fee or other form of compensation. Photos will be credited to the photographer named on the entry form. Photos must be the original work of the person named on the entry form. In the event that ownership of any photograph submitted to the FCC is contested in any manner, FCC retains the discretion to disqualify that photo. A photo release form (on back side) must be signed when photo entry is submitted.
